Thanks for your efforts and initiative. Those who or not part of Core team has no right to question thier ability, or asking for updates every hour. This is purely a volunteer organisation founded and managed by Core team.

Based on my research I found out that net assets for an S corporation can be found on Schedule L on 1120S. Net assets=[sum of lines (1d-5d)] minus [sum of lines (16d-18d)].
If net assets+existing wage>proffered wage, the company has ability to pay.

But I am still worried about the previous americandesi post about requiring Audited Financial statements to show net assets. I don't think my company will spare the time and money to prepare audited financials.

Just finished calling the offices of all the representatives listed for Phase 3. Took me about 15 min to complete it. Left a voice mail for congressman Calvert's office. They staff persons were all very polite and did note down the information and mentioned that they'll pass on the information.
Urging more members to call and keep the momentum going. I will try and ask some of my friends affected by GC to participate in this activity as well.

Although my lawyer confirmed that one can still have a valid H1B status after travelling using AP. My co-worder is still in doubt. Our corporate attorney seems to be clueless for this tricky situation.
Even USCIS is clueless. My feeling is that generally (about 70-90% time) they will grant the extension/transfer as it brings lot of revenue (fee) for them. But, if some officer may feels that, to seek the transfer cum extension one should be in same status. It is hard to convince them in case of RFE, as there is no specific memo/policy/regulation for this situation. It also fuels the natural doubt of the officer?. Why the AOS applicant entered on AP seek non-employment chage of status (instead of using EAD)? Using EAD and AP is simple and avoids complications in employment transfer. This is my view.

Yep, that's "bull period". But assuming AOS bulletin mirrors CP bulletin, it looks like USCIS has decided to play with EB2-India. According to its own process, if USCIS might be working then this bulletin was not expected. 2 things I can think of. (1)EB3-ROW (From which numbers flow to EB2 -ROW then Eb2-countries) is confirmed empty and thus EB2-ROW is empty too (2) Somehow abrupt decision. If it is no:1 then it is really good news. But if it 2 then it will be bad for EB3-India as EB3-India is the MOST suffered lot during 2002-8. and Per country limit will make it more suffered with this illegitimate forward movement of EB2-India. Let's wait for AOS bulletin.

you should get it soon. Call the service center where your case is to check further as online status is not a good indicator. In my case per TSC i was approved on 9/4 but my online status did not change until 9/11.

More likely cause is that the letter from the applicant notifying his new job never reached/registered in CIS systems.
Did the person send the letter in time? Was there any intermediate change in status between NOID and actual denial status? This is crucial to know before jumping to conclusions.
It was received well within time. If they don't receive resonse to request for evidence; they specifically mention it in the denial.
